Dr. Kemp’s hobbies include reading and spending time with his family.

Biography

Dr. Kemp is a South Georgia native who was born in Albany and grew up in Camilla. Both he and his family were excited that he has returned to South Georgia to practice medicine.

Dr. Kemp received his Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University in Chemistry as well as a minor in Religion and Biology. He returned to Georgia and received his Medical Doctorate from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, GA. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center program in Winston-Salem, NC.

As a specialist in Internal Medicine, Dr. Kemp specializes in treating adults for wellness and prevention as well as acute and chronic medical problems. As a physician, he enjoys getting to know his patients and their caregivers.
