Laura Stubbs Fay grew up in Albany and is the middle daughter of internist Dr. Joe Stubbs, who has been with Albany Internal Medicine for 35 years, and his wife Annabelle. As the daughter of a physician (and the granddaughter of two doctors), Laura has seen firsthand the special relationships that physicians and their patients develop over time and the opportunity that doctors have to make a real impact on people’s lives.
